Before going solo, I spent years leading brand and creative strategy inside finance and healthcare, regulated industries where clarity isn't optional. I led the launch of a five-product credit card portfolio, built member onboarding journeys from the strategy up, and guided cross-functional teams and agency partners through high-visibility launches. That experience (plus an MBA) shapes how I approach every project: with a strategic eye, a direct point of view, and a genuine interest in getting it right.
